Dog Country is in Print!

So, I made this announcement on twitter, so you’ve likely seen it, but for those patrons not on there, an adapted announcement:

I am pleased to announce, officially, that you, my Patreon patrons, have helped me self publish a paperback edition of Dog Country, which is now available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PJN7234 ( US ) / https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08PJN7234( UK )

Thank you so much for supporting me.

As you likely know, Dog Country is my first novel, originally written in 2014, self-published in e-book in 2016, and now in paperback. It’s (mostly) the story of Edane, a gengineered and cloned dog-soldier trying to find his place in a world that largely doesn’t care for him.

I’d like to thank all of you for being part of making it possible for me to get professional support and assistance – you are all amazing and extra special, and I am so thankful to you all.

I thanked them on twitter, but, just for y’all, I’d also like to list the professionals who helped me out:

Jon Oliver, who provided copy-edits and helped me make sure the manuscript was as clean and clear as I can make it. ( A very experienced editor with plenty of experience from inside publishing, he’s now on the outside to help authors! https://www.jonolivereditor.co.uk/)

Kate Coe, who handled the layouts, both for paperback and a new ebook edition, putting a professional polish on the presentation. (She wears many hats, but provides excellent publishing services through Book Polishers: https://www.bookpolishers.com/)

And Pye Parr, who provided the absolutely stunning cover which I think really captures something special about the story and Edane’s journey. ( You can, and should, get in touch with him if you’d like to commission some art from him! http://www.pyeparr.com/)

Thanks to the services the three of them kindly provided, my story’s being presented in an absolutely amazing book.

I hope you all enjoy it. <3
